I have to admit, I thought my emails were *already* delightful. I regularly heard from my readers that they loved my writing style, that I connected in a personal way. But then I took Delightful Emails and realized there were blindspots in my writing. Before this course my emails were simply nice. Now, thanks to Matthew’s wisdom and actionable advice, my emails are on their way to truly delightful.
